Driving Licence
The customer must produce a valid driving license at the time of rental, free from any endorsements, and must be over 23 and under 70 years of age, and have held a license for a minimum of two years. AA driving license from the country of residence or any International Driving Permit is generally acceptable, provided valid as above. The driver must also be in possession of proper means of identification, other than his driving license.
Hire It Here And Leave It There
Varies on the car you hire and origin and destination points.

Refusal Of Car Hire
We reserve the right to refuse and or terminate hire at any time without assigning any reason.
Vehicle Protection Cover:
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W) – By taking Collision Damage Waiver cover, the renter has collision damage protection (subject to Terms and Conditions of the rental agreement). A renter who does not take collision damage waiver will be required to pay a deposit estimated to cover the cost of, or damage to the car that may result from the rental. This deposit may be limited to the value of the vehicle/car at the time of hire or US$15,000.
Loss of tires, tools and windscreen are not covered by collision damage waiver under any circumstances.
Theft Protection Waiver (T.P.W)
By taking Theft Protection Waiver, the renter is relieved of his responsibility for the theft of the whole or part of the vehicle. A renter who does not take theft protection will be required to reimburse the company for the loss of the whole or part of the vehicle occasioned by theft. In the event that the vehicle is recovered the renter will be responsible for loss of parts, storage and contingent costs occasional thereto. Theft Protection is not an insurance cover.
Irrespective of CDW & TP waiver, the customer will be liable for the first Kshs.100,000/= of any accident damage or theft.
Saloon cars are not permitted to be driven outside Nairobi without prior authority.
Rates
Rates are subject to 16% VAT and are exclusive of fuel and any parking tickets and exclude fuel/Parking and or Park fees direct.
